2.1 Order Fulfillment: To process and deliver your custom builds, arrange courier pickups for repairs, and provide customer support.
2.2 Communication: To send updates, tracking links, quotes, and notifications related to your service via WhatsApp or Email.
2.3 Improvement: To analyse usage trends and improve our website, logistics, and services.
3.1 Service & Logistics Providers: We strictly share your name, phone number, and address with trusted third-party logistics providers (e.g., Lalamove, GrabExpress) solely to facilitate the pickup and return delivery of your PC.
3.2 Legal Requirements: Your information may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.
3.3 Business Transfers: In case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity.
We respect the privacy of the personal files stored on your computer. During diagnostics and repair, our technicians only access system-level functions required to test hardware stability and operating system health. We do not browse, copy, or retain any personal files, photos, or documents. If a full OS reformat is required, we will obtain explicit authorization from you prior to wiping the drive.
We implement technical and organisational measures to safeguard your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6.1 Access and Correction: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us via WhatsApp or Email.
6.2 Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the instructions in the communication or contacting us directly.
7.1 Cancellation & No-Shows: DreamPC reserves the right to enforce a non-refundable policy on diagnostic deposits or full payments in the event of a client no-show during an arranged courier pickup, or if a client reschedules more than once.
7.2 Service Voids: Failure to respond promptly to scheduling communications, resulting in wasted logistics costs and missed windows for other customers, may result in the service being voided without a refund to cover operational costs.
