Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • No-Show Policy: Appointments are held strictly for the scheduled time. Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or advance payments.
  • Rescheduling: We allow a maximum of one (1) reschedule per booking, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or repeated rescheduling (more than once) will render deposits/payments non-refundable.
  • Resource Allocation: These terms are enforced to cover the cost of reserved technical hours and lost business from other clients.
